Triage agent proposals in seconds
The Decisions queue puts every agent proposal one keystroke away: j/k to move, enter for the rationale and evidence, a to approve, r to reject. Clear a morning's agent work in a minute.
Local responsiveness
The desktop app keeps a local cache for responsiveness. An internet connection is required at startup to verify your sign-in and company access; the cache is not an offline copy of your books.
Same books, better operator surface
You still get the same real-time sync and shared ledger. The desktop app is about doing serious accounting work with less friction.

Why native matters
Accounting is repetitive precision work
The cost of lag, poor focus behavior, and shallow keyboard support compounds when you are triaging transactions, reconciling accounts, or closing a period.
Browser apps are not always the right surface
VisiBooks still works on the web. The desktop app exists because dense accounting work benefits from a native shell with better navigation, faster context switching, and a more serious operator feel.
Export my books
Save a ledger snapshot as documented CSV files, including the trial balance and general ledger. Owners and business administrators can export; bookkeepers need an explicit export grant. The files open without VisiBooks or a subscription. Attachments and other operational records are not included.

Opening a company in VisiBooks Desktop requires a qualifying paid personal or business subscription. An invited bookkeeper can use the business subscription. Authorized ledger exports remain available without a paid plan. View pricing or start with the web app for free.
